1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Intelisa website, applications, products, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by Intelisa (Senselabs Technology Private Limited) (“Intelisa”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

You agree not to:
• Use the Platform in any manner that may damage, disrupt, overburden, or impair the Platform or its services;
• Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activities;
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, servers, networks, accounts, or data;
• Engage in data scraping, mining, harvesting, or automated extraction activities;
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful material;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity; or
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

Intelisa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform for violations of these Terms.

5. User Accounts

Certain services may require account registration. You are responsible for:

• All activities conducted through your account; and
• Promptly notifying Intelisa of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Intelisa shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

  • Any information, data, files, content, or materials submitted or uploaded by you (“User Content”) remain your responsibility.By submitting User Content, you grant Intelisa a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, host, store, process, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Platform and related services.

    You represent and warrant that:
    • You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content;
    • The User Content does not infringe any third-party rights; and
    • The User Content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services. Intelisa does not control or endorse such third-party platforms and shall not be responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

8. No Warranties

The Platform and all related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Intelisa (Senselabs Technology Private Limited), including its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Intelisa (Senselabs Technology Private Limited), its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
